The Creative Technology Center focuses on implementing innovative project-based learning curricula that tailor technology to student-driven projects.
Our studio programs engage students in learning by offering classes in graphic design, web design, digital photography and video production targeted to build essential language arts and comprehension skills. Youth have the opportunities to learn new technologies by creating detailed websites with original graphics and links to related sites, or Power-Point presentation combining digital photography and original text.
Graduates of the program gain practical technology skills that will empower their efforts for social change and enhance their ability to spark social discourse. The program aims to motivate and encourage students to realize their full potential and to continue on to higher education.
